Position Description: Hands on experience with newer technologies and their supporting tools, concepts, designs and methodologies. Experience in the design and implementation of “Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)” and the required supporting environments. This includes technical architectures, network design, application development, integration, middleware, servers, storage technologies, database management, and operations. Technologies include but are not limited to message handling and routing services, process orchestration, workflow, business process management, monitoring, service enablement, portal and rich user interface technologies, application deployment and management. Skills Required: Technical understanding of IBMs Content Manager, Records Manager and Email Storage & Archive tool set and similar technology experience from other vendors as well. Experience around Content Management Security Architecture and storage capabilities would be a plus. 1. Experience in evaluating Records Management tools and technologies 2. Strong understanding of Industry lead Records Mgmt Tools (For Ex: IBM, CA, OpenText, Autonomy, etc) 3. Experience in Email Archive and Storage, specifically with Lotus Notes 4. Experience in Integration aspects of Records Management with Content Management Tools and Email Archive Tools 5. Knowledge of Content Management Tools, specifically with IBM Content Manager The resource will be responsible to leading the Records Management Architecture. The program includes content management, Email archives along with managing records retention policies & standards. The resource will work closely with other solution architects, and ITG resources to develop the right enterprise recommendations for RM program. Will be leading the vendor selection process for the RM technology and coordinate new development activities and ensure they are consistent and well integrated with the established enterprise information architecture.
