Our client has a brand known for innovation, quality and integrity and combines the reliability of a Fortune 500 company with the excitement of a fast-paced start-up. We have been retained to recruit a SVP Operations (based in Florida) to oversee and provide strategic leadership for the company's contact center operations. In a role newly created to support the rapid growth of business, the SVP Operations will combine strategy and execution, with heavy emphasis on business analytics, process and efficiency improvements. Functioning as an advisor to the COO, he/she will drive the business day-to-day while planning and implementing short- and long-term process improvements through business planning and analysis, defining operational goals, and establishing performance metrics that drive productivity.

The SVP Operations will promote a Six Sigma culture in contact center operations, achieving efficiencies and cost improvements and implementing standardization across functions and P&Ls. Change will be facilitated by driving expectations and initiatives throughout the organization and developing relationships to gain support.

Ideal Candidate:
- MBA Required
- 10+ years of relevant experience having had extensive strategic leadership and oversight of a contact center business and managing P&L in a sales and service organization
- Experienced process reengineering champion with multiple projects led that removed efficiencies and costs from the system (Six Sigma certification highly preferred)
- Management of a sizeable customer contact center involved in a fast-paced, growth-oriented services business with a track record of establishing high involvement, high commitment work teams
- Management consulting experience, especially business analysis and analytic experience tied to operational improvements
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, teambuilding and influencing skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead a team based on a shared interest in professional and personal improvement and a strong commitment to the company's core values
