Hudson is looking for Technical Support Representative - Level 1 Support .Ideal Candidates will have 1-2 years of maximum expereince working as tech Support .We are looking for candidates who have a flair for IT and who is very good with phone manners.This role would be to handle inbound calls from internal employees and external clients for issues like Log In & password resets.
Any issue other than the above mentioned will be escalated to Level - 2 support.We are looking for candidates who are very personable on the phone and has patience and browse around computers to get the work done.Approprate training for one week will be given before been on the job fulltime.
