Hudson has been retained by a global Management Consulting Firm to identify experienced finance performance improvement and transformation professionals with Financial Services industry experience to help build out its NY advisory practice. This practice helps clients better align their organizations
- operating infrastructures with their strategies, and assists clients with operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration.
You will focus on the assessment and redesign of business, risk, and control processes and the refinement of operating models, with a view to support clients
- efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk.
We are recruiting at the following levels:
Senior, 5 years experience
Manager, 5-10 years experience
Experience required:
Bachelor
- s degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA and/or CPA is preferred
Big 4 Accounting or Management Consulting experience
Financial services industry focus, providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (GL Reconciliations, Chart of Accounts Rationalization & Design, Cost Reduction Initiatives, ERP implementations etc.)
Experience in program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs
