My client, a Wall Street law firm, has an immediate opening for a Fiduciary Accountant with significant experience in the following: • Provide analytic and forensic accounting services; • Prepare, review estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax returns; • Review fiduciary income tax returns • Fiduciary accountings for trusts, estates and guardianships; and • Computation of interrelated variable calculations relating to estate planning The candidate must be skilled at using Excel for estate planning purposes and have a clear understanding of the types of trusts encountered in this field. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to others not immersed in the field, are essential. This position may be considered for a supervisory role. Experience at another major law firm or bank is preferred. Accounting degree a plus! Salary up to high 100s depending on experience!
