Hudson is looking for software developers with ASP.NET , C++ & C# expereince.This is a long term contract opportunity and there is a potential to get converted to perm after 6-12 months contract.The candidates should be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship because of the potential to get converted to perm.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The software developer will work as part of a talented technical team in the design, development and delivery of applications that provide server-side, and client-side solutions. These solutions are mission critical and crucial to various front-end as well as server based applications. Work is done mainly in C++/C#/ASP.NET, and may also include other technologies as solutions require them. Python experience is also desirable for legacy support that is associated with this position. Will use different versions of SQL to access several types of databases Responsible for coding, testing and implementation of system initiatives in addition to enhancements to the existing system components. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing project tasks on schedule and by interacting with other junior and senior level developers Be able to adapt to implement opportunities for cost savings or performance enhancement. Also must be open to adaptive and agile project management methods.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: College degree in computer science and/or related work experience. Demonstrated technological skills and the ability to adapt to change are necessary 2 plus years full life cycle development experience 2 plus years experience in any development language, but object oriented programming experience strongly desired. Must be able to demonstrate that the programming language has no relevance. Demonstrated experience with a version control system Knowing scripting, SQL, HTML, XML, networking, and web content is a plus. Strong verbal and written skills with ability to document code and work in a clear and concise way.
