Chief Financial Officer - Washington DC

Hudson is seeking a CFO for one of our fast growing clients located in Washington DC. The company provides consulting services and expertise to American companies through its unique service model, to provide them with ongoing strategic and tactical support around monitoring the strength of recovery in various international markets, understanding and responding to a shifting competitive landscape, forecasting and planning for the next phase of growth, and aligning internal capabilities with changing external dynamics. The company provides expertise in areas such as forging strategic relationships with governments in the Middle East, building a new distribution and logistics hub in Latin America, assessing a talent development plan for country managers in Russia, or validating channel strategy in second-tier cities in China and India.. They offer unparalleled insights and support services to help their clients make more confident decisions and give them the competitive advantage that American companies need to succeed. The CFO will be part of a highly skilled executive team and will report to the CEO. He/she must be an accomplished, enterpreunial team player who has functioned as a CFO in a small to midsized company. Experience working in an international consulting environment is a plus. The CFO will interact with the board of advisors and investors, and recommend an internal financial strategy as well as occasionally consult with clients in conjunction with existing consulting teams.
