We are looking for a HRIS Analyst with Taleo experience. This is a 3-6 month contract position (possible contract to hire) with client in Denver, CO. HRIS Analyst- Talent and Performance Management Key Job Functions ¿ Interface with HR end-users and perform configuration changes to Taleo (or similar enterprise system- SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Kenexa) ¿ Assist in identifying organizational needs and requirements ¿ Creation of functional design documents ¿ Analyze complex relationships between several diverse information systems ¿ Research system and data anomalies and provide root cause analysis ¿ Improve the end-user process by streamlining data collection fields and related input questions ¿ Discover and document the entire talent lifecycle / process for the client ¿ Re-engineering and development of processes ¿ Act as a liaison between HRIS, greater People Services and IT partners ¿ Develop and maintain functional/user documentation ¿ Production Support ¿ Other duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements ¿ Bachelors degree in a related field ¿ 2+ years experience in Analyst or Information Systems role ¿ 3-5 years experience of direct HR experience as system administration and reporting required ¿ Awareness of user experience and strong ability to drive end-user acceptance (focus on the customer) ¿ Experience with Taleo Administrator WebTop/Certified Taleo Administrator strongly preferred ¿ Experience developing and executing test scripts ¿ Basic Access Skills ¿ Intermediate Excel skills preferred ¿ Strong communication and leadership skills ¿ Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with minimal supervision ¿ Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently ¿ MS Visio experience preferred ¿ Ability to meet rapid deadlines ¿ Preferred experience creating queries in Business Objects XIR2 or WEBI ¿ Small/Mid size project management experience ¿ Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects Please send an updated resume to Braylynne.Ryan@hudson.com.
