4001034270 Senior Integration Architect BROAD FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: The objective of the Senior Integration Architect is to fulfill a strategic role within Information Technology, developing and sustaining an overall integration strategy and methodology surrounding master data management and transactional data flow, between the varying applications supported within the enterprise. Design and maintain the overall data integration model, data lineage, standardized reconciliation policies, procedures including suspense & error resolution standards. Assess the impact and define existing (and future) “point-to-point” integration approaches, aligned with the overall IT application portfolio. Identify & define overall data integration technologies that should be applied to address business needs. Work closely with Sr. Application Architect, Customer Relationship (CRM) and Sr. IT Solution Delivery (SSD) Managers, solidifying integration points and technical approaches to support business objectives in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Assist in defining operational requirements, supported by the IT Solutions Delivery (SSD) and Infrastructure (EO) teams. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Define and maintain enterprise data architecture definitions that are consistent with overall standards and methodologies. (High level transactional data diagrams, Data Element definitions, data lineage and Master Data Management models) • Apply enterprise API standards and principles within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance, including reviews approvals and alignment to those standards. • Formulate standards, guidelines, methodologies and best practices surrounding system integration methodology across the IT enterprise application portfolio. • Work with various Service Delivery Teams, providing input for various strategic initiatives requiring integration between varying 3rd party or internally built system applications. • Stay abreast of emerging B2B, SOA and EAI technologies, assessing viability of enhancing the overall Enterprise integration architecture, driving for continues improvements in data accuracy and SLA commitments to the corporation as a whole. • Communicate implications of integration decisions, issues and plans to business and technology leadership • Provide expert knowledge of integration architecture, to Business and Technology teams when detailed knowledge is required • Provide input to the development of project initiation documents and deliverables, as needed • Provide support/guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development and testing processes as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BS (MS preferred) in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics or equivalent work experience Years of Experience: 10+ years experience in integrating multiple types of systems architecture and disparate systems. The candidate must have experience with integrating internal applications as well as integration between internal and external third-party systems. Special Requirements: • Thorough knowledge/experience of ERP and business transactional systems. (CPG industry a plus) • Extensive knowledge/experience of middle-ware interfacing methods, B2B and transactional architecture concepts & principles. • Extensive knowledge/experience of integration architecture including: Microsoft Biz-Talk Server; EDI systems and concepts; Transactional queuing systems; Batch system scheduling; Three-tier application modeling; Microsoft .Net programming technologies. • Extensive knowledge/experience within multiple relational database systems including: Oracle, SQL/Server, DB2 • Extensive knowledge/experience with varying operating systems including: IBM AS400, HP UX, Windows 2003 Enterprise server
