Hudson has partnered with a leading Healthcare Solutions firm west of Boston to provide an EMR/Software Training Technical Support Specialist (McKesson Practice Partner EMR software experience preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, modify existing curriculum, as well as, training materials for trainers and end-users. The EMR/PM trainer & support specialist will manage all trainings, as well as, build and maintain the training environment. In addition, provide and manage software support calls in regard to the use of clinical applications. On-site service includes software installation, set-up, training, as well as, troubleshooting and resolving client needs. Knowledge of computers and their applications. Ability to clearly instruct and direct others. Create learner-appropriate materials/guidelines for all materials. Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation and organization skills. Teaching concepts and principles to support a business process or lifecycle (workflow). Problem solving skills. Ability to maintain effective working relationships. Good listening skills, collaborative, team- oriented, and highly-organized. Proactive, self-driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading of material experience in medical billing/medical office procedures.
