Our East Bay, in-house client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Patent Prosecution Attorney, who has 3+ years of experience in this field, gained in either an in-house or law firm setting. A technical background and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering are preferred! California Bar licensure is required.
