We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who has passion for the industry, and a driven, goal-oriented personality.

A qualified candidate will have a strong knowledge of the technology field and will have previous experience recruiting for IT contract and permanent positions. The Technical Recruiter must develop peer-to-peer relationships within the technology community, and will be directly responsible for identifying and qualifying new candidates at the local level. They will work with Hudson's vast and varied portfolio of clients ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 50 companies.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the following functions:

- Create recruiting strategies to indentify and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting methodologies such as cold-calling, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, attending industry events, and online tool use.

- Ability to screen, evaluate and interview candidates, as well as compose detailed profile write-ups that summarize candidate skill-sets and expectations.

- Respond to client requests for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent candidates within an organized, timely manner.

- Act as a â??subject matter expertâ? on candidates and the area of technology in general when accompanying Account Executives on client meetings.

- Complete pre-employment processes including reference checks and
necessary paperwork.

- Negotiate compensation rates and other terms and conditions of employment with
candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job
requirements.

- Work with Account Executives to identify top accounts, target skill sets,
key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements.

- Provide accurate, detailed documentation on candidates in
applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.

- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service,
gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.

Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:

ï?§ Have at least 3 years of experience Recruiting for IT contract and permanent positions, preferably in a staffing agency environment.

ï?§ Be well-versed and knowledgeable about various domains of technology and the corresponding position types.

ï?§ Have a Bachelors degree.

ï?§ Possess a sales-minded, driven mentality, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple positions at any given time.

ï?§ Demonstrate strong written and oral English communication skills.

ï?§ Be proficient in Microsoft Word and MS Outlook.

ï?§ Have experience documenting candidate information in an applicant tracking/CRM system.

Compensation:

The Technical Recruiter will receive a competitive base salary with unlimited commission potential.
