Billion dollar company based in Milwaukee has a need for a Senior Paralegal to provide overall legal assistance with corporate governance, administration of the stock option program, contracts, real estate and legal research. This individual's responsibilities will specifically include assisting with administration of the stock option program; preparation and filing of SEC disclosure documents; preparing and maintaining Board minutes and resolutions; maintaining a system for safekeeping of corporate documents and the indexing of their content; coordinating foreign filings and maintain records with respect to foreign subsidiaries; real estate support and manage documents relating to leases and owned property, both domestic and international; provide litigation support, involving such activities as: drafting/coordinating responses to interrogatories, requests for admission/search/produce documents, fact investigations and discovery responses; and, document reviews/gatherings/productions/indexing; and providing assistance in special projects as directed.
