We are looking for an OpenText Livelink Consultant. This is a two week consulting engagement with our client in downtown Denver, CO.
Experience using OpenText's Livelink version 9.5 sp1 (document management system).
- Deep knowledge of Livelink setup, configuration and permissions
- Task Lists, Email/notification capabilities, workflow
- Be able to recommend one option over another, i.e. warn of ramifications of setting up
- Livelink one way versus advantages to another way
- Experience with both the Records Management (RM) and Physical Objects (PO)
modules, setup options, disposition reporting and deletion workflow options
- Experience using spreadsheets (csv files) to bulk load physical items and category
attributes
- Experience using Live Reports, intricacies of how LiveReports works with Category
metadata and possible problems
- Ability to follow requirements and design specifications and implement in Livelink
