Large firm is seeking an ERISA paralegal for its leading Employee Benefits practice group. This individual will be responsible for preparing packages, stock option paperwork and filings; reviewing plan documents and summary plan descriptions for incoming clients; preparing initial drafts of plan amendments and restatements; preparing fiduciary packages and investment review packages for incoming clients; review current client files; assisting with miscellaneous litigation; and generally assisting with all aspects of retirement plans and executive compensation representation.
