Job Purpose/ Description: ASSOC PROJECT COORDINATOR: ¿ The successful candidate will be able to consolidate and analyze data from different data bases and develop measurement and tracking tools to allow standardized reporting using an ERP system. ¿ Specific responsibilities include project budgeting; cost control and analysis; reporting; short-term and long-term forecasting; project setup; financial reconciliations and supporting financial processes. ¿ Responsible for preparing and reviewing variance analysis, support of internal program reviews, customer reviews, and ad hoc analysis. Ideal candidate will be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills and a problem solver focused on continuous process improvement. Analyst Role ¿ Run queries and consolidate financial information, in addition to analyzing usage and spend data from SAP. ¿ Gather and analyze financial data including performance data for monthly reports and business reviews. ¿ Develop monthly tracking systems for monitoring budget vs. spend vs. latest estimates (LE). ¿ Conduct and prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting utilizing an ERP system and analytic software. ¿ Develop performance measurement tools evaluating financial budgets. ¿ Help to develop global purchasing budgets and participate in helping to give quarterly updates. ¿ Investigate, establish and implement process enhancements ¿ Project Coordinator Role ¿ Work with GPSS work stream leaders to develop resource and project plans. Track and report progress against plans. ¿ With help and guidance, take the lead role on some work streams. ¿ Develop and participate in weekly program updates. ¿ Coordinate integration of Supply Chain when new companies are acquired. ¿ Responsibility of managing GPSS budget tracking process ¿ Execute other duties as required ¿ Support Project Managers with budget and resource management, track and maintain action items, issues and risk logs, as well as other project management support, as required ¿ Create, compile, and update presentations, and status reports for team and executive leadership ¿ Coordinate and facilitate meetings and working sessions ¿ Analyze and summarize data to provide meaningful information to program management and executive audiences ¿ Work with all levels of project staff to support the projects proactively resolve issues ¿ Consolidate weekly status updates for program milestones ¿ Proactively review upcoming staffing needs for the project and start the SOW and hiring process Required Skills: ¿ Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including the creation, development, population and use of complex database, spreadsheet, presentation and graphic applications. ¿ Willingness to participate in early morning or late evening teleconferences with different time zones. ¿ Able to work in a fast paced environment ¿ Work with all levels of program staff Preferred Skills: ¿ Required Experience/Education: Experience in extracting and analyzing data from an ERP system, within a procurement context ¿ Prior experience as a Financial Analyst highly preferred ¿ Bachelor's degree that developed computational, analytical, and clear communication skills ¿ 5-7 years work experience preferably in a multi-site, Global company. ¿ Excellent computer and analytical skills, including Access, PowerPoint, and Collaborative Tools (SharePoint), Word, Microsoft Project experience preferred. ¿ Advanced MS Excel (experience using pivot tables and lookup tables) To Apply: Apply Online Now!
