Analyze business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Define and document business, user, and functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of low and medium complexity). Document and revise current state business model for NACSS, in order to assess and define the impact to core business services, functions or features. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. Provide input to estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology. Provide input for formulating and defining system solutions and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. Through the completion of day to day deliverables, support the development and training of staff & modeling the key business analyst disciplines and skill sets
