Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst ¿ SAP FI/FSCM Full-Time Position Will Supervise 1-2 people Summary: The Lead SAP Analyst is responsible for the support of the Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) processes within the AmeriGas Order-to-Cash business cycle. Key Responsibilities: ¿ Provides support for SAP production environment troubleshooting issues and implementing resolution. ¿ Develops recommendations for how to configure SAP and other relevant software tools to meet the needs of the company¿s process design. ¿ Owns configuration and functional support for the FSCM, Biller-Direct, FI-AR and related functions within the SAP system. ¿ Manages or participates as a team member on projects involving Revenue Management functionality ¿ Directs project life cycle activities that results in the delivery of quality software applications and system enhancements ¿ Analyze business requirements and develop system proposals, functional specifications and designs ¿ Works closely with training and infrastructure teams to develop technical requirements. ¿ Ensures quality systems integration, follows testing and change control procedures ¿ Provides business process knowledge transfer to the development support team. ¿ Evaluates and prioritizes application change requests ¿ Manages upgrades and application of support packages with the FI and FSCM modules. ¿ Develops and manages project plans and schedules. ¿ Provides support to SAP production system users ¿ Performs root cause analysis on variances and implement corrective action plans. ¿ Prepares regular activity status reports to inform management of work completed or pending, identification of any issues which need resolution. Education and Experience Required: ¿ Bachelor¿s degree ¿ 5+ years of finance/accounting experience ¿ 3+ years of FI configuration experience ¿ At least two cycles of major SAP implementations ¿ Experience in implementing and supporting Biller-Direct Dispute and Collection Management functionality ¿ Experience with project lifecycle methodologies ¿ Experience with customer facing financial transactions over Web ¿ Experience with SAP BI with respect to AR, Credit and Collections reporting ¿ Experience with regression testing tools ¿ Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence 7.1, and SAP FSCM (Biller Direct, Dispute Management, Credit Management, Collections Management) ¿ Experience with Adobe Interactive Forms and RWD Training Productivity Pak ¿ Solid project management skills and team oriented interpersonal skills ¿ Excellent customer service skills ¿ Ability to troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and external applications ¿ Knowledge of the SAP workbench ¿ Familiarity with SAP hierarchy design and SAP best practices o Knowledge in following areas: Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, General Ledger and General Accounting processes
