The individual hired must meet the following minimum requirements: ¿ Contractors will be required to complete this work on site in Tallahassee, FL, ¿ Demonstrated leadership ability, ¿ Demonstrated self starter, ¿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ¿ Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the following: ¿ Ability to communicate effectively with technical, private health care providers, ¿ Demonstrated experience and expertise in the implementation of HL7 Laboratory interfaces, ¿ Demonstrated experience and expertise with the Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Hardware and Software, specifically; o Extensive understanding and experience with TCL coding o Experience with TCL libraries o Experience in ODBC calls o Experience with Cloverleaf commands and XML o Experience and understanding of HL7 segments ¿ Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and management of complex processes, ¿ The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial: o Understanding of general health care concepts, o Understanding of strategic planning, o Understanding and experience with consensus building.
